Tangerine Dream Art Print

This was truly a labour of love for me.

I'm just so into my painting at the moment and am loving mixing it with a bit of vector and/or collage.

So this piece has a mixture of all three. Hand painted orange patterns, vector shapes & digital collage of paper for trunk & grass.

It's a Baby in the Rain.

I'm always thinking about new design possibilities.

Horses, Cows & Sheeps Don't Care for Dandelions.

It's been a while since I posted on my blog because I wanted my giveaway offer to stay prominent for new readers. But it's high time I posted more because I've created so much new stuff!

My newest creation that I'm most proud of is my painted dandelion mixed media piece. I started out by painting a range of different pink flower designs. I then scanned them and shaped them digitally. A dandelion came to mind when I saw the shapes together and so I painted a new 'core' for the centrepiece of my flower.

Then I took advantage of my new confidence in Adobe Illustrator and created the stem and lines to each floret.

I hope you like it as much as I do.

• Did you know dandelions are considered a weed all around the world?


• Goats & Pigs devour them but Sheep, Horses & Cattle just don't care for them & avoid eating them!


• Apparently 93 different insects are in the habit of visiting dandelions regularly!


• Did you know dandelions are edible & their roots are used as a substitute for coffee?
